YOUR QUOTE
What’s Included in Your PulseNet365 Quote
A quote you can read in five minutes and forward to finance without a covering email.
STEP 01
PulseNet365 plan fee
A fixed yearly fee based on your user tier, so finance knows the number before you sign.
STEP 02
Microsoft licensing
Not part of PulseNet365 pricing. Your Business Central licences stay with your existing Microsoft agreement, so nothing is counted twice.
STEP 03
Deployment, configuration and training
Covered by the one-time setup fee for your tier and paid in year one only. Includes the modules in your first phase, your entities and your approval setup.
STEP 04
Support
The support that comes with your plan: standard support on Starter, priority support on Growth and a dedicated success contact on Enterprise.
STEP 05
Currency and agreement
Everything in your chosen currency, with the agreement that governs licences, services and support provided with the written quote.
ROLLOUT EFFORT
What makes a rollout bigger or smaller
Entities and structure
Each additional entity adds setup, and so do complicated reporting lines. A single entity with clear reporting lines is the simplest case.
Approval rules
One approver per request is quick to set up. Thresholds and multi-step approvals take longer to agree with managers and to test properly.
Leave policies
Every leave type with its own accrual, carry-over, encashment and eligibility rules by employee group has to be written down and configured.
State of your data
Clean job titles, departments, start dates and reporting lines make setup faster. Data scattered across spreadsheets needs a clean-up first.
Payroll handover
When Compensation & Payroll is in scope, agreeing the payroll-ready data format with your provider and running a period in parallel adds effort.
Who needs training
HR admins who configure, managers who approve and employees who self-serve each need a different session. More locations mean more sessions.
Questions
FAQs
What do we pay after the first year?
Only the annual renewal fee for your tier, charged per tenant. The setup fee is paid once, in year one, and does not repeat.
What should we have ready to get started?
A rough count of named users, the modules you care about first, the Business Central licensing you hold, how many entities you run and who your payroll provider is. Rough numbers are fine for a first quote. If you are unsure which modules come first, the demo is a good place to decide.
Does the quote include our payroll provider's fees?
No. PulseNet365 prepares payroll-ready data for your provider but does not calculate pay, so your provider stays in place and continues to bill you directly.
Can we move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. As your headcount grows, you move up to the next tier. Modules such as Recruitment or Travel & Expense can be added on the same employee record, and we confirm any change in writing before anything is switched on.
