Native: basic HR records
Business Central includes basic HR out of the box: employee records, qualifications and absence registration. It is a sound place to store who works for you, but it has no recruitment, review, learning or self-service workflows.
Added: twelve HR modules
PulseNet365 adds the processes around the record: requisitions and offers, onboarding checklists with named owners, leave policies with accrual and carry-over rules, timesheets, 360 reviews, courses and certificates, expense claims, help desk tickets and offboarding tasks.
Native: Copilot in Business Central
With a Copilot-enabled Business Central licence, Copilot turns a plain-language question into filters on a list and can analyse data in lists. PulseNet365 data sits in Business Central, so those Microsoft features apply to it too.

Business Central is built for finance and operations users. PulseNet365 gives every employee a self-service dashboard and a 24/7 assistant, and gives managers one place to approve leave, timesheets and expenses.
ACCESS IN PLAIN TERMS
Who sees what, and how it stays that way
Role-based access means permissions belong to a role, such as line manager or payroll administrator, and people gain access by holding that role. When someone changes job, their access changes with it. When they leave, Offboarding schedules access removal from the leaving date.
PulseNet365 is hosted on Microsoft Azure, as private cloud hosting exclusive to your organisation, and Alphavima is ISO 27001 certified. The access decisions stay yours. A sensible starting point is shown here; the platform then applies your choices consistently.
Employees
Their own record, leave balance, pending actions and requests, plus the company directory and announcements. Nothing about anyone else’s pay or reviews.
Line managers
Requests from their own team, with balance and team overlap in view, and review status for the people they manage. Individual salary only if your pay process needs it.
HR and payroll
Records for the groups they look after, including documents, and pay details for the people who prepare payroll-ready data for the provider.
IT administrators
Enough access to keep the system running and to complete offboarding tasks such as access removal, without routine access to pay fields.

Do we need Business Central already?
PulseNet365 is built for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, so your HR data sits in the same Business Central as your finance. If you are implementing Business Central or still considering it, tell us. Alphavima works with Business Central every day and can talk through both.
Does PulseNet365 replace the HR features in Business Central?
It builds on them rather than keeping a second employee database. Business Central keeps the employee record; PulseNet365 adds recruitment, onboarding, leave policies, time, reviews, learning, expenses, help desk and offboarding around it, plus self-service for employees.
Do we have to roll out every module at once?
No. Most organisations start with two or three modules and add others later. Each new module uses the same employee record and roles, so adding one is a configuration and training exercise rather than an integration project. See all twelve modules.
Can we build our own reports and apps?
Yes. PulseNet365 extends with Power BI for workforce dashboards, Power Automate for extra approvals and notifications, and Power Apps for additional HR apps, all working on the same Business Central data.
